About Beau Joie Brut NV Champagne
Beau Joie is first class Champagne produced by Bertrand Senecourt, famous for his sumptuous Charles Ellner Champagnes. This cuvee is a 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier blend, from grapes grown and hand-picked in the vineyards of Epernay.
This champagne has the perfect balance of dryness and sweetness with a clean, crisp taste. Zero dosage leaves it beautifully dry and elegant. The bottle is inspired by the armor worn by the knights that protected the Kingdom.

Wine blogger Richard Jennings scored this 92+ saying "Light yellow color with abundant, steady, tiny bubbles; autolytic, savory, saline, lemon gelee nose; tasty, autolytic, lemon oil, lemon gelee palate with good balancing acidity; medium-plus finish (the garish copper colored, metallic packaging is off putting but the Champagne exhibits bottle age and refined Chardonnay grapes."

The bottle has a laminate wrap and a 100% copper shield label inspired by the armor worn by the knights that protected the Kingdom. In order to avoid the unnecessary waste of valuable copper, Beau’s shield is uniquely created from 100% second-generation copper scrap and turned into a functional piece of artwork. Additionally, the brand is activating a recycling program with bar, clubs and restaurants so that each bottles can be further reprocessed. Each city has a local charity that will receive the proceeds from Beau’s recycling efforts.
