Honestly regardless of how great the wine may be, the poor service, waste of time, ruined gift and blown budget is quite enough for me to cancel. There are WAAAAYYYY too many clubs out there; I'll find another that has their act together.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am currently enrolled in your two bottles (white & red) monthly program and have enjoyed everyone. However, I would like to change to the Rich Reds Monthly Wine Club but I am not sure how to stop one monthly club before joining the other club.

You have the option to pay the Wine Club all up front or option to may each month when a shipment is physically sent out to you.
