A dense dark concentrated blend of 78% Shiraz 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot from old vines Barossa Valley vineyards. Like the 2005 it is aged 12 months in older French and American oak barrels which integrates the flavors without imparting a heavy oakiness on this fruit-forward wine....

The bouquet on this Tait is intoxicating, almost better than on the palate. Very good. I think it needs a little time to mellow somewhat.
