This wine is really elegant, it's like the best of California -- ripe fruit -- with the sophistication and mouthfeel of white Burgundy. It's great now but you could probably cellar it for 3 or 4 years. I am going to try that with a couple bottles, but I'll be taking one bottle to my boss' house for dinner this weekend. (Hehehehe, she'll never know what I paid.)
