This exciting new Daisy Ridge Reserve Meritage is sourced from vineyards in the heart of Napa Valley; Yountville Oakville and Rutherford. It's a bordeaux style blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. It was vinified slowly under temperature controlled conditions over 3 weeks time with the cap pumped over daily. Wonderful nose. Mix of earthy tones that evolve as the wine rests in the pallet. Wonderful with sauces and pasta and white meats. Very soothing after a long day.
