Earthy and tannic with a hint of animal, hopefully this was opened too soon. Having purchased two bottles, I'll put the second one away for a couple years and wait for a "miracle in the bottle".

After 20 min in the glass, this wine got a deeper color, the acidity disappeared and many flavors filled the glass. Earth flavors as well as minerals. Not for those who want upfront fruit.
