Dominari Cabernet Sauvignon is an elite wine. The winery's own Gaudeamus Vineyard on Atlas Peak supplies all of the grapes. Atlas Peak has its own AVA and Cabernet grown there is typically very intense. I usually go for lots of tannins but this one was so well balanced, it was very smooth on the palate.

This is a fantastic wine. At the store where I bought it, the owner was comparing it to Harlan and Bond and those kind of wines, and I thought he was over the top, but I bought one anyway. Then I tried it and, while he might be over the top, he's right, it's really well-balanced, powerful, smooth, delicisou. I went back for more but it was sold out so I'm happy to see it online here.

I tried this at the winery and did pay [$]and can't believe it's such a great price because its got tiny production. It is a big Napa cab that I will drink now but also cellar some.It has violets and blackberries and would pair well with lamb or a marbled steak

I’m a gal who’s all about smooth and luscious Cabs. And, boy, oh boy – does the Dominari deliver! The wine’s ripe fruit - blackberry, with hints of vanilla and spice, along with its smooth tannins and incredible mouthfeel make for a mind-blowing drinking experience.

I really liked this Cabernet. It has that smooth, balanced, complex flavor that you get from the most expensive Napa Cabs. I think this could be a cult wine in a few years because they don't make much of it and it's really good. I'm glad I got the chance to try it now before the price goes crazy.
