As the copy suggested, this wine is delicious right now and will probably only lay down well for another year or so. The wine is soft and smooth with all of the right notes for a value priced Australian cabernet -- perhaps a bit too much alcohol in the finish. The wine has more sediment than might expected from a five year old wine, but hey, it adds a bit of character and the sense that its a much more expensive wine. RBW
