This Reserve Cab is a product of the outstanding 2007 vintage in Napa Valley. Slow even ripening over a long growing season brought grapes that are perfectly balanced and loaded with complex flavors. After the wine was aged 20 months in oak barrels the best lots were selected for this Reserve bottling. On the palate this wine shows bright cherry and strawberry fruit along with subtle vanilla notes. Supple and remarkably...

I bought the second case because the first one was excellent. This is one of the best reds I've ever experienced.

Comments about Kingsford Manor 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Napa Valley:

First tried this at a wine tasting and was blown away by the qpr. Tried other more well known, more expensive cabs side by side and this won hands down. Picked up a case and have tried at home and still love it. Balanced blackcherry, some oak, nice tannins, smooth finish. Drinking beautifully now!

Comments about Kingsford Manor 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Napa Valley:

I think this came in my "Call me a Cab" order. I was searching for a reasonably-priced cab that can be served at any time. It was so good, I ordered 4 more and know that I will never be disappointed. I'm no expert, but am told I have very good taste in wines. This one I like. Try it.

Comments about Kingsford Manor 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Napa Valley:

Was really looking forward to this wine after all the good reviews I read. It's becoming a problem with all the high ratings on Ca. Cabs. It seems all the wines are priced high then discounted for customers who think they are getting something special. Frankly, they just aren't that good to justify even the price discounts. Would rate this wine at best an 85, it's drinkable but I would never serve it for dinner with friends...

Great big food wine for good price. Excellent with prime rib, blue cheese, roasted items. A little heavy on initial smokiness, but balanced finish. Similar to French Burgundies.

Comments about Kingsford Manor 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Napa Valley:

This Cab is very balanced. It has hints of chocolate and black cherry with a very smooth finish. Bought a case and and it was so good I gave a bottle to my son-in-law for Xmas. Before he opened his gift, I opened mine from him. It was the same wine and year. He discovered the wine at the wine store when the owner recommended it.[$]

Beautiful nose with hints of flowers/strawberries. Very balanced, not a big Cab but great on the palate.
