What a find!!! This is the second label of Classified Bordeaux Cos Labory. Cos Labory is well situated. Its neighbors are Cos D'Estournel on one side and Lafite Rothschild just down the road. This beautifully made wine a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot aged in oak barrels (30% new) for 12 months. The smell of the wine gives off the first hint of the quality of the vintage. Excellent balance and great smooth finish with this wine. My wife and I brought more so we could enjoy it over and over.

This wine is a joy to drink. I have placed several re-orders for this wine and will continue to do so until it is no longer available. I also recommend this wine to the wine club I direct.

From, dare I say, hamburgers to simple or complex beef dishes, from traditional French cuisine to plain old beef stew this wine is a perfect paring.
