You can really enjoy this anytime. We've had it during the week, while enjoying a light dinner consisting primarily of appetizers (including pate). One of our favorites, however, is to have it with cold salmon served with just a touch of aioli sauce. It also pairs beautifully with shrimp tempura (eaten plain, without soy sauce). This is a wonderful champagne and an excellent value!
