The misleading label might make you think this is a table wine. Actually, it is an excellent chardonnay from the Gevrey-Chambertin region, with hints of Montrachet (Chassagne, not Puligny nor Batard). It goes best with cheeses (boursin, havarti, camembert, Pont Leveque), and slightly less well with Brie.[$]

Spoiled by the Montrachet family of whites, we found this chardonnay just not quite up to snuff.
