I was disappointed in the overall flavor of this wine. It was dry enough, but lacked the flavor. I would compare this to some of the New York chardonnay's that I've made or tasted. It almost seemed like a bad year for the grape. The price was slightly higher than that for a Kendall-Jackson, but the quality was not.
