I've never been a big fan of Robert Mondavi cabs, but I was persuaded to try this one by the online "video" tasting. For the price there are better options for sure. This particular wine just doesn't have much depth or complexity. The initial taste on the tongue seems to be all there is and its a bit shallow at that. Perhaps with a few more years in the bottle this wine would grow up, but for now it's nothing special.
