Beaujolais Villages is a blend of Gamay grapes from the various Cru Villages in Beaujolais. A distinct cut above regular Beaujolais due to the pedigree and from a distinctly superior producer, Georges Duboeuf. The Duboeuf name is synonymous with Beaujolais and through his many holdings and contracts he is able to source the best grapes available.

  These wines are actually made in more of a youthful and young drinking style. So it may age for a short amount of time, but you may be better off opening this one up now. Especially with the warmer weather coming up, you can even chill this just a bit and it makes for a perfect Summer sipper!
