Why? Because Method Champenoise is a costly and time consuming process that brings the best quality to sparkling wine but in most cases it also brings up the price. Remarkably, this delectable Talento rose still comes to you at tremendous value. Since 2005 the term "Talento" has been exclusively reserved for Italian sparkling wines produced in the champagne method and may only be made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. All three were carefully blended for this delicate salmon-colored rose that scored 89 points. The review said "You can’t beat the price-versus-quality ratio of this lovely sparkling rosé from northern Italy. The wine is intensely fragrant and offers enduring tones of peach, almond and yeast. It has a cooling freshness and a touch of spice on the finish."
