The wines of the Antinori family are nothing less that remarkable. This incredible Super Tuscan comes from their Bolgheri Estate of Tenuta Guado Al Tasso. A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot aged 18 months in French oak barrels. Wine Enthusiast Magazine scored it 98 points saying "Here's a wow wine on every level, with incredible intensity and supple softness that builds momentum over many long minutes. A sweet cherry note at the core is surrounded by lush layers of tobacco, dark chocolate and spice, which promise to evolve gracefully over years to come."

          Guado Al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore is one of the finest wines that Antinori produces.The style is suave and seductive so many collectors are temped to drink it now but it is a wine capable of aging for many years or even decades.
