This is Rotari's flagship wine produced by the champagne method, a Brut Blanc de Blanc that's aged on the lees for a minimum of five years bringing exceptional complexity and depth. A superb value, this sparkler scored 91 points in the Wine Enthusiast Magazine who said "This is an excellent Riserva metodo classico sparkling wine from northern Italy with a full, creamy consistency. Made with 100% Chardonnay, the wine boasts deep layers of stone fruit, yeast, honey and almond nut." An amazing value. Compare this complex Italian sparkling wine to Champagnes costing two to three time as much.

This delightful rotari is crip and complex with faint peach flavors and medium weight. This is no wimpy wine, it's full-bodied and bubbly!

  This wine has matured and is drinking beautifully right now. It's hard to say where it will go with further cellaring. Traditionally good vintage sparkling wines can age for decades.
