Hans Von Muller is a brand of German wines that are crafted from the highest quality grapes processed with only the

control over the entire wine-making process — from vine to bottle.
Extremely rare and delicious, this German Ice Wine or Eiswein is created through extraordinary effort and skill. To call it “late harvest” is a tremendous understatement, as ripened grape bunches are left on the vines until the cold weather freezes them (they must be healthy and free of rot, hence Ice Wine can only be produced in the best vintages). The frozen grapes are then picked, pressed and fermented, resulting in an extremely concentrated sweet wine, with a zesty natural acidity that’s both satisfying and refreshing. This is a half bottle (375ml) of 100% Silvaner Ice Wine from Germany's Rheinhessen region, that's rich and intense. Very limited!
