Massimo is a brand that's turning out real quality wines from some of the world's best regions at a great prices. This 2013 Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough is the latest example. Sourced from vineyards in the the Marlborough region, the grapes are picked at night to retain freshness and cool temperature fermented in stainless steel to bring out the ripe fruit. A Perfect Spring White!

By Westchester Wine Guy

Comments about Massimo 2011 Sauvignon Blanc, Prestige Vineyards, Marlborough:

To be expected, the nose offers tropical fruit aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and some lime zest. What's cool about this wine is the hint of effervescence it leaves on the tip of your tongue and the crisp acidity that carries through from start to finish. Perfect for a BBQ sipper or paired up with some chilled seafood.
