Made from only the finest Shiraz grapes located in the Judean Hills. After an open,and cold fermentation, the wine was aged for 20 months in French oak Barrels. After bottling, the wine was then allowed to rest in the winery cellars for at least 6 months before its release. Kosher. Mevushal. Wine Enthusiast Magazine scored tis 90 points saying "Nuanced scents of crushed purple flower petals, forest floor and raw coconut are supported by a fruity backbone of blackberry and raspberry. The lush mouth is ripe and concentrated, with a satiny texture and bold dark-cherry and plum-flesh flavors framed by hints of cocoa. Drink now–2015."
