Introduced in Spain over 25 years ago, Anna de CodornÝu celebrates the life of CodornÝu's heiress and the dynasty she guided. "Anna" embodies CodornÝu's steeped traditions-- enological quality, careful viticulture, and innovation--and it was the first Cava to use Chardonnay in its cuvee. On account of its history and its exquisite taste, Anna de CodornÝu has become CodornÝu's most emblematic product both at home in Spain and around the world. This Rose is a beautiful pale pink color with delicate strawberry aromas. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, scored 93 points in the Ultimate Wine Challenge. They designated it a "Great Value" and said "Pours with a frothy, persistent mousse. Aromas of red berry fruit give way to more crunchy red fruit on the palate. A hint of a peachy note and a stony mineral edge at the finish."
