The wine fermented for 7-10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then was transferred to French oak barrels for aging. The wine shows inviting aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, brown baking spice and plum jam. It’s rich and full-bodied with juicy berries, vanilla and clove spice. well-balanced wine with a plush texture with smooth tannins.
