The first harvest at Cantina del Nebbiolo was in 1960 and since that time they have continued to grow to where today they control over 700 acre of vineyards. Most importantly however, is they produce impressive quality Piedmont wines at super value prices. This Barbaresco is a prime example. The 2011 was selected as a Top 100 Wine of 2014 in Wine Enthusiast Magazine with a score of 93 points. This 2013 is another superb effort showing rose petal, red berry and baking spice. Black cherry, tobacco, licorice and orange peel on the palate balanced by velvety tannins and fresh acidity. You can't possibly beat this for the price!
