Acrobat 2022 Pinot Noir, Oregon

Acrobat is artfully crafted in the gorgeous hills and valleys of western Oregon, with an eye on sustainable winemaking practices.

Winemaking for the 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir was dictated by one goal: capture the best attributes of Oregon. This Pinot Noir is almost a perfect blend of Oregon’s top appellations - Rogue Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Willamette Valley. Early harvest, stainless steel fermentation, and a combination of gentle punchdowns and pumpovers all aimed at revealing the bright red fruits and ripe tannins in this red wine. The wine was gently pressed and aged for 9 months in French oak, where it completed malolactic fermentation.

This 2022 delivers notes of dark cherry, raspberry, rich plum and cinnamon on the nose. Bright acidity and elegant tannins shine on the palate, leading to a juicy but delicate finish.
