The La Lecciaia estate in orders some of the oldest and most prestigious vineyards of Montalcino including Biondi-Santi and Fattoria Dei Barbi. The winery is equipped with the latest in modern winemaking technology to produce world-class and long-lived Brunello.
After a slow vinification, this limited production Brunello was aged in large oak barrels. This classic from the monumental 1999 vintage has aged gracefully in the estate's cellars for gaining softness and complexity. It has layered black fruit and roasted aromas, full-bodied intensity and a long lingering finish. Limited!!!
