100 Points for this Classy Classified Bordeaux. Very Limited!!!
A Perfect Wine!! 100 points for this Second Growth Bordeaux. Classified in 1855, this Chateau has been run by seven generations of the Barton family. In 1983, Anthony Barton, the present owner, was given the property by his uncle Ronald Barton. Anthony Barton's daughter Lilian Barton Sartorius now helps her father in managing the estate. Together, they maintain the traditional methods but produce wine that has skyrocketed the stature of this 2nd Growth and once again in 2010 this wine has over achieved in a big way.

Wine Enthusiast Magazine said "This magnificent, solid wine is initially severe, with its tannins dominating, yet it already reveals a full array of black fruits. Very dense and concentrated, this is a wine that's even better than the chateau's legendary 2005. The structure tells of its extraordinary aging potential: Don't even attempt to drink this for the next 10 years. VERY LIMITED!!!!
