World famous Oenologist Michel Rolland first went to Argentina in 1988. He immediately fell in love with the country and its fantastic winegrowing potential. After a long search with, a winegrower colleague from Pomerol, he found an ideal plot of land in Argentina's Uco Valley at an altitude of 3,600 feet uniquely exposed with soils made up of pebbles, clay and sand. There he planted the Clos de los Siete vineyard.
Also known as C7 this wine is the ultimate blend crafted by world's most renowned Master Blender. Michel Roland has worked with and made wine for over 150 of the greatest vineyards and wineries in the world and when asked, this wine is the favorite of all the wines he's produced. this 2017 is 52% Malbec, 21% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc aged 11 months in French oak, one third new. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The fine tannins are polished and creamy and the beautiful, reserved finish goes on for a really long time. Wow! Best ever, because of its length and beauty. One for the palate or the cellar."
