A vibrant blend of Viognier and Vermentino from the Rhone Valley's Ferraton Pere et Fils. Grpes are harvested at night to protect them from oxydation and preserve optimun freshness. Grapes are then directly pressed without maceration, the wine is cooled down and left to age on fine lees.
Jancis Robinson said about this "Dusty, peachy nose. Cheerful, gregarious fruit with just a little bit of rosemary threading through and a good dose of citric acidity. Bit of a watery finish, but certainly a quaffing wine. Dusty, peachy nose. Cheerful, gregarious fruit with just a little bit of rosemary threading through and a good dose of citric acidity.
