100% Organic Grapes!
Haras de Pirque is Marchesi Antinori's estate in Chile. In Pirque, Chile in the foothills of the Andes, 290 acres of vineyards were planted in 1992 and since then the winery has turned out fine boutique quality wines named for their famous racehorses. Of course the globe-trotting Antinori family winemaking team led by Renzo Cotarella is in charge.

This wine is made with 100% organic grapes, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère and Cabernet Franc. Individual vineyard parcels were fermented separately and pumped over regularly for soft and elegant tannin extraction. After the wines were pressed off the skins, they were racked into barrel for malolactic fermentation. After aging in French oak barrels, the wine was blended and bottled.

Wine Spectator scored this 90 points saying "A fresh and intensely minerally red, with white pepper notes flanking the dried currant and berry flavors. Green olive accents on the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2023."
