  • Certified Sustainable
Founded in 1998, by husband and wife team Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash, Penner-Ash Wine Cellars is a boutique Willamette Valley producer, making wines in their their sustainable, gravity-flow estate winery with grapes sourced from the best vineyards in the Valley. Jackson Family wines purchased Penner-Ash two vintages ago offering access to some of the Valley's most outstanding vineyards.

Grapes for this wine were sourced entirely from Penner-Ash Estate Vineyard. The Penner-Ash Estate Vineyard is located in the northern part of the Willamette Valley, in the Yamhill-Carlton sub-AVA. Founding duo, Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash, were inspired to plant the southeast facing hillside in part due to its proximity to Shea Vineyard, one of Oregon’s most prized sites. This wine aged 10 months in 34% new French oak barrels.

Decanter Magazine scored this 96 points saying "Youthful and exuberant, ripe, juicy, generous and harmonious. Sophisticated tannins, with beautiful underpinning freshness."
