Excellent Willamette Valley Pinot made by a Burgundy Legend.
  • 94 Points!
  • Maison Louis Jadot in Oregon
  • 15 months in French oak
  • "Vibrant and impeccably structured"
Founded in 2013, RĂ©sonance sits in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, in a hidden part of Willamette Valley just west of the small agricultural town of Carlton. The seeds for this project had been planted when Maison Louis Jadot set out to establish its first winery outside of Burgundy. Grapes for this RĂ©sonance Pinot Noir are sourced from Resonance estate vineyards as well as from vineyards of like-minded winegrowers who are cultivating expressive Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley.

The wine showcases the absolute best of the Willamette Valley and elegantly blends Maison Louis Jadot’s winemaking with the Willamette Valley’s signature terroir.

Jacques Lardière has brought his talents as one of the premier winemakers of Burgundy, working 42 years at Louis Jadot. Grapes are hand-harvested after which they received meticulous sorting and precise destemming. After fermentation the wine aged 15 months in 30% new French oak barrels.

Wine Spectator scored this 94 points saying "Vibrant and impeccably structured, with floral raspberry, crushed stone and savory tea accents that build tension toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2031."
