Using the expertise that he has so successfully applied to his award-winning wines at Chateau D'Esclan he ferments Grenache and Cinsault on the skins long enough to take on the color and expression that delights rose drinkers worldwide. But then he ages it on lees with battonage stirring to give the wine a rich and luscious mouthfeel. Single Blend Rose has a bright, blush color with an elegant nose.
