Striking a balance has been the goal of Acrobat wines from day one, bringing the complexity and pure flavors of Oregon’s classic growing regions to your palate. This 2019 vintage is a brilliant example of Pinot Gris from the cool Oregon microclimate.
They source from a variety of vineyards to get grapes that will express the ideal balance of ripeness and zest. Fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, which were temperature controlled to maximize fruit character the wine is then sur lie aged for 3 months prior to bottling.
Wine Enthusiast Magazine once again awarded this a Best Buy and scored it 90 points saying "A price drop makes this more exceptional than ever. It’s sappy and ripe with tart and tangy fruit flavors of citrus, white melon and apple. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, it give you fruit all the way through the finish, clean and fresh and lively."
