Francis dug his roots and understanding of wine in Eastern France, where he resided for 16 years. He worked remotely in the city of Strasbourg for Maison JF Thurot, a Winery based in Meursault, Burgundy. As Francis' first mentors were winemakers, they taught him the true meaning of terroir and the respect for nature and tradition.
