Here's an outstanding Napa Valley Cab that if we told you where the juice was sourced we'd have to charge twice the price. It comes to us from one of the most talented, under the radar, winemakers in all of Napa. The fruit here comes from an iconic winery that produces outstanding single vineyard wines throughout Napa, and is home to one of the original pioneer women winemakers in the industry
It's big and burly, but don't think you can't enjoy this 2020 early. The tannins are supple and round and the fruit is explosive. It's a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon,15% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot aged 24 months in French oak barrels.
Wine Enthusiast rated it 92 Points and said '"Coffee, dark chocolate and blackberries give a lot of flavor to this espresso-scented wine, while fine-grained tannins add to its rich mouthfeel. The wine offers excellent concentration and good structure that will help it age."
