About Domaine Andre Neveu 2019 Sancerre Rouge, Le Grand Fricambault
The Neveu family, viticulteurs father and son, have been based in the heart of the Chavignol vineyards for generations, and today carry on the tradition of the great Sancerrois vignerons.
Valérie (André Neveu’s daughter), and her husband Thomas, now run the domaine that extends to about 13 hectares of vines of AOC Sancerre red, white and rosé. They harvest, vinify and sell everything themselves.
From the Pinot Noir grape variety, this round and light wine, with aromas of red fruits, is aged in thermo-regulated vats. It goes perfectly with charcuterie, poultry and red meats as well as all cheeses from France.
