She gives classic grape varieties her own personal touch by adding a playful dash of Italian and heritage varietals as a nod to the vineyard-to-barrel field selections that found their place daily at the Italian table when she was growing up. The result is a distinctive, fruit forward wine. This Cab is a blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Petite Sirah and 2% Sangiovese, aged 2 months in French and American oak.
