The Bisol family have been wine producers in Valdobbiadene for five centuries. The winery is located in S. Stefano di Valdobbiadene today and they cultivate directly more than 20 of the best-located plots in the steep hills that lead from Valdobbiadene towards Conegliano, the most prestigious area of the appellation. Their philosophy is "We work tirelessly with passion so that Conegliano will gain the same prestige as Reims, Valdobbiadene the same charm as Epernay and Prosecco the same notoriety as Champagne". Grapes for Jeio Cuvee come from a selection of vineyards scattered among the hills of Prosecco that the family have worked with for many years that focus on quality. Wine Enthusiast Magazine made it a Best Buy and Wine Spectator said "A subtle sparkler, with a creamy bead and just enough acidity for balance, this shows a thread of ground spice unwinding through the apricot, strawberry and kumquat flavors."
