This century-old provence estate has been bought by Monique and Gérard Biancone in 2003, Sophie took over the property and perpetuate her parent's know-how and philosophy which focus on the expression of the Provence terroir and the quality of their wines. Hermitage St-Pons benefits from the same technique as Chateau Rasque.
“Provence Tout Simplement” is a blend of 35 % Cinsault, 35 % Grenache, and 35% Mourvedrehas and has a very light, clear, luminous rosy color, with smooth reflections, just like silk. A fruity nose, elegant and rich with touch of peach and a complexity going on exotiscim. With clear aromas of freshness as well. Direct, straightforward slightly nervous, lively and charming on the palate. It is easy to identify its famous fruity nose! Quite a long finish.
