Echo Bay Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Rapaura region—the very heart of Marlborough’s Golden Mile—where stony soils and brilliant sunshine bring this grape variety to the pinnacle of its expression. Zesty citrus. Floral notes. Passion fruit, melon and gooseberry. Echo Bay Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with flavor. Crafted primarily from Railyard Vineyard in the heart of Marlborough’s Golden Mile, this wine is an exuberant expression of its vines.

We’ve tasted his Sauv Blancs now from around the world, and he’s proven he has a way with pulling out the most aromatic tropical notes. This wine opens with lime and white grapefruit aromas but leads to a palate where pineapple finds a home with sweet fig and a hint of grassiness.
