Each lot is picked, fermented and aged separately to preserve the unique flavors of the vineyard before they are brought together and purposefully blended. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 24 months in French and American oak, this wine is both full-bodied and elegant with complex aromas of fig, plum and ripe berry along with subtle hints of vanilla, cocoa nibs and cola. It has a rich mouthfeel with lush tannins that giveway to a lingering, silky finish.
