In its elegant bottle inspired by the times of French King Henri IV, Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier soon made a name for itself and has become the most recognized rosé champagne in the world and is considered a benchmark for rosé champagne. The wine is made using nearly a dozen crus, most of them Grands Crus as well as special plots in the vineyards owned by Laurent-Perrier itself.

100% Pinot Noir, the grapes are selected for their perfect ripeness and manually sorted in Laurent-Perrier harvest stations, then destemmed to retain only the berries before they go into the maceration tanks. The maceration process lasts 48-72 hours after picking and extracts a delicate salmon pink color expressing the full aromatic breadth of the Pinot Noir grapes. After bottling the wine is aged a minimum of four years in bottle before release.

With 90+ scores across the board, Wine Review Online scored this 97 points saying "The Laurent-Perrier has long been my go-to Rosé Champagne, and nothing with the release of this latest cuvee changes that equation.  It is aged five years prior to disgorgement, which allows for the development of complexity and nuance, yet retains a freshness that beguiles.  Showing vibrant notes of raspberry, strawberry and red currant, with a fine mousse and uplifting acidity, the Laurent-Perrier always impresses and never disappoints."

Connoisseur's Guide gave this wine 96 points saying "Elegant and fruity at the same time with a quick invitation from bright, pure cherryish notes and then filled out handsomely by whiffs of chalky soils and well-integrated, rich and uplifting yeast-driven scents, this wine manages to be both vigorous and layered at one and the same time. Its bubbles are insistent, finely carved and add to the early sensations of lightness and energy yet also carry the wine long into a balanced, refined finish. And its latter palate grip is exactly what one should expect from the genre. While service with light foods would be our first choice, this one has the beauty to stand alone."

Decanter Magazine scored this 95 points saying "Ethereal floral and raspberry nose. A vinous palate with a mild mousse, the soft texture all wrapped in spice, nuts, smoke and a superior berry tincture. Very long and easy to enjoy."

Wine Enthusiast Magazine scored this 94 points saying "This great rosé combines texture with bright fruit and a bit of age. It is poised between a ripe dosage and a crisp texture, with red fruits and toastiness marking the flavors. It is a fine bottling to enjoy now."

Wine Spectator scored this 93 points saying "Fragrant wafts of smoke and spice accent the steeped raspberry and mandarin orange peel flavors of this tightly meshed rosé Champagne, which is backed by a vivid spine of mouthwatering acidity and is silky on the palate, with hints of dried herb, licorice and toasted almond playing on the finish. Drink now through 2025."
