The Domaine Louis Tête has been a reference in the Beaujolais region for 3 generations. The wine-growers family has been established since the beginning of the 19th century in “Les Dépôts”, a few kilometers from Beaujeu the historical capital of Beaujolais. Today Jean Tête and his daughter Justine are rejuvenating the domaine while remaining faithful to the family’s past, experience and roots.
For this Cru Beaujolais Gamay grapes are sourced from vineyards located at the bottom of Mont Brouilly with varying soil types, from dry granite to thick and alluvial clay. The grapes are hand-picked and the fermentation in semi-carbonic in stainless steel tanks. It shows complex aromas of fresh red fruits. Well balanced with a fleshy mouthfeel and a hint of spice to season the ripe berry notes. On Sale!
