Delightful and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from the ocean-cooled vineyards of Monterey County.
Advanced Sommelier Martin Sheehan-Stross gave this a 93 point score and said "We do not see too much Sauvignon Blanc coming out of Monterey, but this particular bottling makes me think that should change. It is driven by citrus but is anything but tart. Notes of mandarin, ruby grapefruit, and key lime pie dominate the palate. There is also a distinct caraway seed tone that is reminiscent of a nice white Bordeaux. Medium-bodied, with a long, slightly saline finish. This is perfect for a day spent along the coast."
