Parker Station 2018 Chardonnay, Central Coast

This Chardonnay is sourced from select vineyards, 60% Edna Valley, 30% Monterey County and 10% Santa Barbara County. The wine s carefully vinified by the Guarachi team and aged 6 months in 100% 228L in Burgundian French oak.

Wine Enthusiast Magazine made it an Editors' Choice and said "Clean lines of pear flesh, honeysuckle, lime blossom and mango are rounded and delicate on the nose of this blend from Edna Valley, Monterey and Santa Barbara. There is decent tension to the sip, where white rock and riper pear flesh flavors lead into Gravenstein apple and peach toward the finish."

Tasting Panel Magazine scored it 91 points saying "Aged six months in 100% Burgundian French oak, this is a modern Chardonnay with clean, crisp lines and foral-fresh aromas and favors (60% of the fruit hails from Edna Valley, with 30% and 10% hailing from Monterey and Santa Barbara counties, respectively). Pear, key lime, and white orange blossom seamlessly integrate with a light touch of oak and a hint of salinity."
