This 2015 scored 94 points from James Suckling and was selected as one of his 100 Best Wines Under $30. He said "An exotic nose that drifts from dried red plums and redcurrants into blue-fruit territory such as blackberry pie and creme de cassis. Undertones of charcuterie and roasted chestnuts, too. Full body, compact tannins and a medium-chewy finish. Acid drive gives this form and tension. Great value. Drink in 2020. (Jan 2019) who said "This shows aromas of ripe plums with dark licorice. More fresh and straightforward with plenty of juicy and delicious fruit and a wonderful clean finish. Drink now."
