This elegant rosé is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two international grape varietals that have well adapted to the Trentino territory, in the heart of Dolomites. All the grapes are hand selected and picked from our wine growers and then brought into the cellar quickly to be processed and made into wine. To respect the rich aroma of red fruit of the Pinot noir and Chardonnay the wine is vinified only in steel with selected yeasts and without any aging in oak wood. The wines are aged in steel until February, then processed according to the champagne method with a maturation on the lees in bottle for at least 24 months.
This scored 91 points "Excellent, Highly Recommended" in the Ultimate Wine Challenge. They said "The nose shows lovely notes of green strawberries, cut straw, and spring wildflowers. Vibrantly bubbly, the fruit is more mature, showing ripe Bing cherry and cantaloupe. The finish shows more of the skin and stones of the cherry, countering the sweeter mid-palate."
