Castrobrey Adegas is a family winery that was founded in 1983. Today it is the third generation that runs the business. This winery, located about 20 km from Santiago de Compostela, uses the climate of inner Galicia for the development of their wines.derlying structure. 2024-30.
Sin Palabras is a white wine from the Rias Baixas produced by Adegas Castrobrey. This is a single varietal Albariño.Grapes come from old vines over 75 years old. They are situated on 12 acres of the highest part of the farm where the soil is shallow and granite.
The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes are carefully selected. A second selection process takes place also in the cellar. For the process, Sin Palabras is worked using advanced techniques such as criomaceration in controlled stainless steel tanks.
Sin Palabras goes through a fermentation process. A late bottling is finally made to bring out all its nuances.
