Remember, Yountville is where the Dominus Estate is located as well as the famous State Ranch of Kapacsandy and Nickel & Nickel among several others. The mesoclimate there is outstandingly suited to growing deeply flavored Cabernet Sauvignon and this wine is 100% Cab Sauv.
This wine delivers an enthralling aromatic array of blackberry, boysenberry, and pomegranate followed by layers of exotic spices, sandalwood, dried herbs, and graphite. This Cabernet is already complex and approachable with a supple, silky tannin overlay and reveals a multidimensional mouthfeel and a long finish.
